Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Ashby as your ATS
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Problem-solver with a 'can-do' mindset
- Adaptable
- Passionate about automation
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information
