We are seeking a Resource Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Global Resource Mobilisation Team. The role will involve driving forward Restless Development’s fundraising efforts across Africa and beyond, building strong relationships with donors and partners, and supporting the development of high-quality proposals.
Requirements
- Experience in institutional fundraising, including donor cultivation, proposal development and pipeline management.
- Ability to lead strategic funding proposals and reports; co-ordinating input from a variety of sources and working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective networking skills.
- Creative and systematic thinker.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, time zones and geographies.
- Ability to work independently as the role will be remote.
