As the senior manager of total rewards, you’ll work directly with the Chief People Officer to build programs and processes to support our People strategy during a dynamic and high growth phase. This individual will design and manage the delivery of Restaurant365’s Compensation, Benefits, Retirement plan and leaves of absence programs and strategies. They will provide expert oversight tothe administration of Restaurant365’s full suite of benefits offerings, including our health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
How you'll add value:
- Design, develop, and implement specific compensation, sales incentives, benefits solutions,
- and leaves of absence/time off, policies and processes to support current and future business
- plan.
- Drive and deliver annual compensation planning processes (merit salary increases,
- promotions, bonuses, and long-term incentive awards)
- Continue to build and refine Restaurant365’s job architecture and benchmarking to ensure
- competitive and equitable pay practices as we grow.
- Provide internal consulting support to HRBPs and other stakeholders on C&B topics and issues
- ongoing.
- Ensure timely execution of annual processes and communicate key messages across the
- organization.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and HRBP/manager/employee training to ensure an effective
- roll-out of our initiatives.
- Partner with Finance teams to effectively budget and forecast for compensation, benefits and
- equity programs with an understanding of the financial impact of any recommendations
- Collaborate with Finance and HR Operations colleagues regarding compensation data,
- workflows, projects, and processes.
- Conduct periodic audits of job classifications to address changes in roles, responsibilities, or
- regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and
- benefits roles, with a strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market
- trends in the US
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw meaningful
- insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
- complex total rewards concepts.
- Impactful stakeholder engagement, comfortable working in a matrixed and complex operating
- environment under ambiguous situations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with HRIS, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to develop credibility.

- This position has a salary range of $140K-$180K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
