Resource Innovations is seeking an Manager ofProgram Delivery to join our growing team in New England! The person in this role will lead strategy and decision-making for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs across the region. Having full accountability for program execution, this person will directly manage a team of Program Managers Leads and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that we continually meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. A proven track record of team management, project management, and client satisfaction are keys to success. This position will be highly visible within the organization and plays a critical role in our expansion in the Northeast region.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Leadership Stakeholder Relationships Project Coordination
- Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
- Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.
- Team Development
- Mentor and develop program team members, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, safety accountability, and a healthy drive for productivity and professional growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting)
- 2+ years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fastidious attention to detail is a must.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $84,872 - $144,282. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity.
Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
