Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, operator-minded Talent Programs leader to join the People team at Replit. This role will report to the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for building, running, and evolving the company’s core talent programs and operating rhythms.

What You Will Do

Own and continuously improve the company’s core People operating rhythms and talent programs, including performance cycles, calibrations, manager enablement, onboarding, listening systems and recurring People operating cadences. Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across Talent Management, Talent Programs, HRBP, People Operations, Organizational Development, or related People functions
  • Experience running complex, cross-functional talent programs at scale
  • Strong operator mindset with exceptional program management skills
  • Proven ability to build content, frameworks, and scalable processes
  • Strong written communication and executive-facing communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across senior stakeholders
  • High ownership and bias toward action
  • Excitement around AI, automation, and rethinking how People teams operate
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments with ambiguity
  • Strong systems thinking and continuous improvement mindset

What we work on

On any given day, we tackle some of the most challenging problems in computing (sandboxing, distributed systems, scheduling) and the the most interesting problems in design and HCI (how do you create a learnable programming environment?). Lucky for us, features like multiplayer collaboration happen to be product, design, and engineering puzzles all at the same time.We are constantly experimenting, prototyping, and learning how to make collaborative programming inclusive and fun.
