Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through branding, digital marketing, and technology solutions. Their services include SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and eCommerce marketing. They also offer website development on WordPress and Shopify, graphic design, and reputation management. Additionally, Our client specializes in marketing automation, Salesforce and Pardot implementation, and technology consulting.
What you will do:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Web Coordinator to support our client's website and marketing initiatives. This role is centered on coordinating tasks, managing client communication, and delivering clear, actionable reporting, serving as a key bridge between clients and our client's internal team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently manages multiple priorities, and communicates with clarity and professionalism across email, phone, and video.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide timely updates on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead and participate in client calls, video meetings, and email communication
- Manage client expectations and ensure a positive overall experience
Task & Project Management
- Manage and track tasks in Asana to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor client web maintenance hours, ensuring alignment with monthly allocations and proactively preventing overages
- Maintain and regularly update your calendar with client calls, internal meetings, and recurring tasks
Time Tracking & Accountability
- Accurately track and log time in Clockify to ensure proper reporting, billing alignment, and visibility into hours worked
Reporting & Data Organization
- Build and update client reporting decks using Canva
- Gather and organize data from Google Analytics for monthly reports
- Maintain clear and organized documentation in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Coordinators and internal teams
- Communicate updates, blockers, and priorities clearly and proactively
Basic Website Updates
- Perform day-to-day WordPress tasks, including content uploads and basic site maintenance
- Manage WordPress data entry (e.g., adding pages/posts using builders like Divi or Elementor)
- Upload and format blog content following established guidelines
- Conduct routine site monitoring (plugin updates, scans, and mobile responsiveness checks) and escalate issues to the IT team as needed
- Preferred: ability to make minor updates using WordPress builders such as Elementor or Divi
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, video)
- Experience with Canva for presentations or reporting decks (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
- Experience with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Benefits
- Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
- Salary: 2,000USD -2.500USD
- Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- PTO: 10 Days Yearly
