Salesforce Business Analyst | Remote | LATAM Only | 83159

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple active Salesforce projects, managing requirements, controlling scope, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. You will work closely with small business clients, helping them understand project scope, managing expectations, and navigating challenges such as out-of-scope requests or project changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst, Implementation, or consulting role
• 3–4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Project Management, or similar)
• Strong experience managing client relationships, including handling difficult conversations and scope control
