About the Role
Our client is seeking a Remote Sales/Operations Assistant to manage sales follow-up and order confirmations while supporting quotes, client communication, and the seamless handoff to design and production teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset who can ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track sales follow-ups to ensure timely client responses.
- Confirm and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and support quotes, ensuring clear and professional delivery to clients.
- Act as a main point of contact for client communication throughout the process.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs between sales, design, and production teams.
- Maintain organized records to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound sales support or client-facing roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in managing sales follow-ups, order confirmations, and quotes with accuracy and speed.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to research and qualify leads, revive inactive accounts, and track client interactions.
