Infraspeak is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales within the LATAM market. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging with prospects, establishing trust, identifying challenges, and nurturing leads through email and CRM activities. The company is built around collaboration, ownership, and a meritocratic work environment.

Requirements

  • Source and prospect leads.
  • Prospecting into midmarket accounts, social selling, and account mapping.
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences.
  • Work closely with the market Account Executives.
  • Identify prospects’ challenges and pain points.
  • Learn each prospect’s decision-making process.
  • Nurture prospects from first contact to discovery session.
  • Keep your pipeline and your data organized.
  • Use our CRM and other sales development tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in outbound business development
