Our Client:
Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence. They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do:
As a Performance Designer, you’ll collaborate across a diverse range of clients to craft and execute visual identities for paid social and e-commerce. You’re passionate about creating assets that not only captivate visually but also deliver measurable results. With a keen understanding of how to balance storytelling and conversion, you design for formats that truly engage today’s digital shopper. You’re fluent in the latest social and commerce design trends, skilled at turning brand guidelines into high-impact, channel-optimized visuals that drive performance. A creative problem solver at heart, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to keep pushing the boundaries of performance-driven design.

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality, high volume, on-brand design solutions across a range of clients
• Design social assets across a variety of platforms
• Build Amazon assets including PDPs (product detail pages), Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, and Premium A+ modules
• Apply brand guidelines to build cohesive, compelling visual storytelling
• Quickly learn the nuances of designing for specifi c channels like commerce/retail, social and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and effective digital designs for websites, retailers, social media and other digital channels
• Work closely with client teams to understand their brand, goals, and design preferences
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Present and articulate design concepts to some clients, while playing a supporting and learning role on other clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
• Design for performance: you’ll leverage data and reports to optimize creative performance
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our design capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail-focused environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including paid and organic social campaigns, as well as e-commerce designs for platforms like Amazon.
• Solid foundation in design principles—form, color, texture, and typography—applied across both digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to leverage it for layout design, collaboration, and design system management.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply centralized brand style guides and visual patterns to both new and existing creative assets with minimal oversight.
• Bonus skills: experience in photo and video editing, UX/UI design, or animation.

Benefits

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (CST hours)
• Salary: 2,000 - 2,500 USD Monthly
• Flexible Time Off, holidays, quarterly Company “Recharge” Days, and holiday closure in December
