Our client is a U.S. based full service marketing agency specializing in shopper, digital, experiential, promotional, and brand marketing. They partner with major consumer brands to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for our next Account Coordinator, someone ambitious, organized, and excited to grow in the marketing and agency world.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of campaign execution, supporting Account Managers, collaborating across teams, and communicating directly with clients. You’ll learn by doing, get exposure to multiple types of projects, and grow into a more senior client-facing role over time.

This isn’t a pure social media or digital job, your work will span multiple marketing channels, giving you a well-rounded foundation in the agency world.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience as an account manager in a Marketing agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident client presence.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with any project management software.

Benefits

Salary: 2,000 USD per month

Schedule: 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. ET. Occasional extra hours; weekends are rare.Eligibility Criteria:
