Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do:
As an Performance Designer, you’ll work across a range of clients to shape and execute visual identities paid social and within the commerce ecosystem. You are passionate about designing assets that not only look beautiful but also drive performance. You understand how to balance storytelling with conversion in formats that make sense. You’re fluent in the latest organic and paid social design principles, as well as e-commerce and can translate brand guidelines into high-impact, channel-optimized visuals that speak to today’s digital shopper. You’re a visual thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, and you’re excited to grow your expertise in performance-driven creative.

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality, high-volume, on-brand design solutions across a diverse range of clients
• Design social media assets for various platforms
• Build Amazon assets including PDPs (Product Detail Pages), Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, and Premium A+ modules
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling
• Quickly adapt to the nuances of designing for specific channels such as commerce/retail, social media, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually impactful and effective digital designs for websites, retailers, social media, and other digital platforms
• Work closely with client teams to understand their brand identity, business goals, and design preferences
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met
• Present and articulate design concepts to some clients, while playing a supporting and learning role with others, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
• Design with performance in mind, leveraging data and reports to optimize creative effectiveness
• Stay current on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to elevate our creative capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including paid and organic social campaigns and Amazon-focused creative (PDPs, A+ content, etc.)
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including layout, form, color, texture, and typography across both digital and print formats
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience using it for layout design, collaboration, and working within design systems
• Ability to accurately interpret and apply brand guidelines and style systems to new and existing creative assets with minimal oversight
• Bonus skills: experience with video editing, animation, UX/UI design, or motion graphics
• Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (for design and animation), Asana (for project management), and Slack (for team communication)

Benefits

• Salary: 2,500 USD Monthly
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
• Contract: Independent Contractor
