About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Strategist to join a fast growing U.S. based digital growth agency. The ideal candidate will manage CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, optimize customer interactions, and support multi channel campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue for major consumer brands. This is a hands on, strategic role that requires experience across CRM platforms and the ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
 - Segment customer data and create targeted campaigns for different customer groups.
 - Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize results.
 - Maintain lifecycle databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, and marketing) to align campaigns with business goals.
 - Support CRM campaign execution across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Microsoft Dynamics.
 - Participate in client calls when needed, providing expertise to support campaigns.
 - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
 
Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, running end to end CRM campaigns from segmentation to analyzing metrics.
 - Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Microsoft Dynamics (or similar platforms).
 - Experience working in a marketing agency or multi-client environment, managing multiple accounts or campaigns.
 - Strategic thinker, able to plan and optimize campaigns effectively.
 - Independent and able to make decisions and take ownership of projects.
 - Strong communicator, proactive in sharing updates and collaborating with teams.
 - Organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
 
Benefits
Salary: Starting 2,500+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. CST
Unlimited PTO, recognizing local holidays.
