Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP) is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Engineer to join their growing practice. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing personalized marketing journeys for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating marketing strategies into actionable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with Data Extensions, Segments, and event-driven triggers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio)
- Proven experience designing and implementing personalized journeys, real-time interactions, and data-driven audience segmentation
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio).
- Experience building and managing data extensions, segments, and event-driven triggers
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, A/B testing, and real-time decisioning
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud products such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or AMPscript for template and content customization
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Proficiency with SQL for querying and managing marketing data
- Understanding of marketing attribution, performance measurement, and campaign reporting
