About the role

We’re hiring a skilled and versatile SEO Content Specialist to support our growing network of rank-and-rent plastic surgery websites. This role is perfect for a sharp editor and healthcare copywriter who thrives on refining AI-generated content, understands local SEO, and can produce compliant, high-converting copy across multiple formats and brand voices.

Key Responsabilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content gaps and new opportunities
• Edit and humanize AI-generated content to meet accuracy, tone, compliance, and engagement standards
• Write and refine landing pages, blog posts, and PR/media responses for local plastic surgery websites
• Review and optimize social media titles, captions, and descriptions
• Adapt tone and content style across multiple brands, cities, and procedures
• Ensure all content adheres to healthcare compliance standards, no exaggerated claims or misleading language
• Respond to journalist/media inquiries (e.g., HARO) with well-researched, high-quality answers
• Use ChatGPT and other tools to accelerate ideation, outline content, and fill knowledge gaps
• Optimize all content for local SEO, with strong on-page practices like heading structures, geo-relevance, and keyword integration

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience writing and editing healthcare or wellness content for local businesses
• Deep understanding of local SEO strategies: keyword placement, content mapping, city-specific targeting
• Native or fluent-level English: impeccable grammar, punctuation, tone control, and copy instincts
• Strong editorial judgment: capable of polishing AI outputs while maintaining brand voice
• Understanding of healthcare content compliance, including how to avoid overpromising results
• Ability to write compelling headlines, social content, and video captions
• Comfort working across multiple projects, brands, and tone variations
• Experience formatting and publishing content in WordPress
