About the Role:
Our creative project managers will work with client to make sure their creative campaigns are beautiful, successful and delivered on time. These projects include website builds, email design, ad creative, and creative strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and regular updates about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage creative calendar and output between clients and the design team to make surethe work looks good and performs well.
- Manage day-to-day creative optimization for existing e-commerce stores.
- Plan creative and marketing strategy along with senior creative team.
- Work closely with design teams and act as a liaison between designers and clients.
- Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices.
- Be a key advocate for clients and agency team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a digital project or creative environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong experience with tools like Photoshop, Figma, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify. Familiarity with Meta Ads, and Google Ads is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end e-commerce design.
- Proven experience managing paid media, email marketing campaigns, and design services for e-commerce brands.
- Strong eye for e-commerce design with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and leading large projects to success.
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2).
- Adaptable and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
Benefits
- Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time
- Salary : $2,500 USD - $3,000USD
