  • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules to prevent conflicts and minimize delays
  • Conduct regular virtual project meetings and site check-ins to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Manage procurement timelines for materials and equipment to support project milestones

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

  • Issue and manage subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and purchase orders
  • Ensure subcontractors meet safety, quality, schedule, and documentation requirements
  • Resolve field issues, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
  • Prepare and present project status reports, budget summaries, and schedule updates
  • Facilitate productive communication between all project stakeholders in a remote setting
  • Identify and escalate risks, conflicts, or scope changes promptly

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain complete and accurate project files including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence
  • Ensure all required permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals are obtained and documented
  • Support project closeout processes including punch lists, as-builts, lien waivers, and warranty documentation
  • Adhere to company standards for document control and project reporting
