We serve customers in more than 180 countries and have offices in about 40 countries, with a dedicated team of over 36,000 people, nearly half of whom are in North America. Our history dates back to 1993, with the merger of Reed International and Elsevier, and in 2015, we rebranded as RELX. This evolution reflects our transformation from a traditional publisher to a data and analytics powerhouse, driven by technology.

At our core, we are a technology-driven company. We employ around 11,000 technologists, with more than half being software engineers, and we invest significantly in technology annually.
