We are in search of an experienced product manager who is passionate about healthtech to help lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them and with excellent interpersonal skills. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share while still wanting to roll up their sleeves and get day to day tasks done. Pacific time zone location preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative data products
  • Understand Regard's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
  • Define and execute product strategy, including roadmap, features, and timeline, while balancing business needs and resource limitations
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies
  • Engage with customers, sales, UX, and engineering teams to gather feedback and ensure products meet user needs and exceed expectations
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize product features and development efforts
  • Collaborate and lead data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to build a cohesive data ecosystem that incorporates best practices and ensures the highest standards in data management, governance, and quality
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers; ruthlessly prioritize work so your team is always working on the most impactful tasks
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform necessary improvements

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a robust product management role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record in leading multiple projects through the full product life-cycle
  • Advanced proficiency in analyzing intricate, large-scale data sets to guide data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in understanding complex requirements from diverse users, and translating them into a transformative product solution
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, and BI platforms like Grafana, Looker, Tableau
  • Exceptional ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving shared goals
  • Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to captivate an audience through presentation and public speaking
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in the big picture, yet is eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into the day-to-day work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthtech industry, particularly with healthcare software and clinical workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data standards like HL7 and FHIR
  • Proven ability to navigate and overcome challenges in the product development process within a healthcare context
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and managing remote, distributed teams
