Job Description

Reejig seeks a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to revolutionize customer interaction through AI. This full-time, remote role is perfect for those passionate about building relationships and leveraging advanced AI tools in customer engagement.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will use AI to engage directly with customers, facilitating meaningful connections that lead to successful business relationships. Your role is crucial in building a robust pipeline through strategic engagement and innovative outreach strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction and Meeting Booking: Engage potential clients using AI-driven insights to book meetings.

• Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic account mapping and engagement.

• Lead Generation and Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

• AI Collaboration: Work with AI technologies to optimize engagement processes.

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

How we will measure performance:

• Emails Sent: Number of personalized outreach emails sent to potential clients.

• Meetings Booked: Number of meetings booked with potential clients.

• Contacts and Companies Researched: Number of key personas across target accounts researched for strategic engagement.

• Meetings to Pipeline Creation: Conversion rate of meetings booked to opportunities added to the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in leveraging technology for business engagement

• Experience: Experience in sales, public relations, recruitment, or similar roles with a proven track record in achieving targets.

• Qualifications: Formal qualifications are not required; we value talent, drive, and adaptability.
