Senior Counsel, Ads Product and Commercial Partnerships

Reddit is seeking a Senior Counsel, Ads Product and Commercial Partnerships to lead bespoke negotiations and provide end-to-end legal guidance on 3P integrations. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of legal experience in ad-tech, a hybrid skillset, and deep knowledge of technical ads infrastructure and emerging privacy trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on the online advertising ecosystem
• JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (or ability to register as in-house counsel where required)
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR, U.S. State Privacy Laws, and self-regulatory regimes (IAB, NAI)
• Deep knowledge of technical ads infrastructure (Pixels, CAPI, ID Graphs) and emerging privacy trends (Signal loss, AI/LLMs)
