Reddit is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to provide financial visibility and insights to support the company's mission and decision-making. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, as well as developing flexible financial models and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with high-growth technology companies
Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides
SQL experience a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (GL + Planning & Consolidation systems) a plus
Results-oriented customer advocate with an entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop clear, actionable recommendations
