Red Nucleus is hiring experienced Medical Affairs consultants to lead the delivery of strategic consulting projects for life sciences clients. As Director, Medical Affairs Advisory, you will manage multi-workstream engagements, lead teams of consultants, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred: MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
• 6–10+ years in management consulting or industry roles focused on Medical Affairs strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven experience in project leadership, team management, and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and their role in evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills.
