Responsibilities

The Strategy & Planning team has the ultimate goal to make RateHawk top line grow faster globally, directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The team is responsible for delivering strategic projects that impact the RateHawk commercial organization, in terms of sales, business development and account management.

The Project Manager, Global Commercial Operations, will support the Strategy & Planning Manager in the design and roll-out for all the process involving the commercial organization, that include:

  • Review the existing commercial and business processes (and build new ones), perform gap analysis and redesign the processes with the ultimate goal to make the commercial organization more effective and efficient
  • Be the business point of contact with the CRM team: drive projects pipeline prioritization, provide a business point of view, support the solution design, build business requirements, report issues and follow-up for resolutions
  • Be the project manager for a variety of strategic projects that involved the commercial organization in terms of processes implementation, from Commercial, CRM, IT, Analytics, Onboarding and HR
  • Support the implementation of Generative AI application to the whole commercial process, including ideation, design and project management
  • Create detailed presentation to show business objectives, project plans, timelines, and communicate clearly to C-level executives

Requirements

Must have:

  • Strong and humble personality, accustomed to interacting with diverse groups of people at different levels of remote and geographically dispersed organizations
  • 2+ years of experience as project manager for business operations or tech products, working closely with development teams, ideally in consulting or tech companies i.e. CRM integrations projects, BPR projects
  • Able to follow multiple projects in different phases, from conception to completion, roll-out, and after-release problem solving
  • Experience in dealing with large commercial teams and knowledge of sales and account management processes for complex organizations
  • Quantitative skills: proficiency with MS Excel or GSheet, able to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data and create detailed reports
  • Visualization skills: ability to create PowerPoint or GSlide presentation, as well as logical mock-up or flow diagrams with visualization software (i.e. Miro)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Project Management, Economics
  • Experience in CRM integrations for large commercial teams is a plus
  • Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering methodologies
  • Experience in B2B software industry, travel industry is a plus
