SUMMARY

We’re looking for a StaffProduct Manager to join our Product team. You will be one of the main Product Managers on our new exciting app powered by ML and LLMs to help non-technical users build chatbots. You will work on greenfield and cutting-edge technology to make it user-friendly. You will be reporting to the Director, Product.

Full-time - 100% Remote - Location: UK, Germany, or Serbia

[Preferred Location: Berlin, Germany]

• This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this position.

• Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 10 years of product management experience and experience building technical products

• You will be working ideally from Berlin where most of the product team is located.

• You have already worked on enterprise-grade B2B products.

• You have experience in a start-up environment. The conversational AI space is highly dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a proactive, can-do attitude.

• You are technical, you know how to code and how to use Git. You are not afraid of diving deep and rolling up your sleeves when you come across something hard.

• You live by Rasa’s values. You are a team player, highly respectful of your peers, and confident in your work yet humble enough to take constructive feedback to improve your understanding and approach.

• You can balance technical, user, and business needs and make informed decisions about how the user experience should work.

• The ML and especially the LLM space is evolving rapidly, demanding quick thinking and sometimes a scrappy approach. With things occasionally becoming obsolete overnight, you need to be comfortable working with ambiguity.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:

• Being an effective Staff Product Manager and who has already mastered the role:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designer, engineers, ML engineers as well as the GTM team (CSE, Sales etc.)

  • You will talk to customers on a weekly basis, and meet with them in person regularly

  • You will help shape the vision and strategy of Studio while managing your own roadmap

• Working on and influencing the exciting new technologies and innovations that Rasa is developing.

• Continuously learn and expand your technical understanding of the Conversational AI space in order to make the right product decisions.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the space.

MEET YOUR TEAM

The product team consists of 5 Product Managers and 3 Product Designers who collaborate closely. You will be part of the Studio tribe, which consists of 2 squads, and you'll work within one of these squads.

Most of our Product team is based in Berlin, with one member currently located in Spain and another in India. We are a small but high-performing team that enjoys working together and having fun. While we mostly work remotely, we also love to meet in the office for brainstorming sessions.
