Raintree is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to shape data-centric designs within AI-powered healthcare and SaaS solutions. This remote role involves using AI/ML tools to gather user feedback, analyzing data, and driving continuous product improvements. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to innovative research methodologies and AI integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX Research experience
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and feedback loop systems
  • Expertise in behavioral data analysis, A/B/multivariate testing, and large-scale surveys
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data with Python, R, or SQL
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with UX research tools (Maze, Dovetail, Lyssna) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
