Rain is seeking an Operations Associate to support global licensing strategy and regulatory approvals for its stablecoin and related financial services products. The role will work cross-functionally with various teams to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.
