Location & Remote Work

Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven manager to lead the Growth Intelligence team, dedicated to our Supply acquisition efforts

Your primary mission is to provide actionable insights and drive levers development to achieve two key objectives: (i) increase volume of Listings that we attract through our acquisition and conversion channels and (ii) improve the marketing Supply ROI. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in elevating our decision-making processes in order to achieve our ambition

The right candidate is someone who is action-oriented, provides analytical rigor, thrives on enabling people and teams to its best, is organized, and executes well in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Insight Generation: Generate insights and provide guidance to key stakeholders in Inside Sales operation, Growth & Product. Key topics, such as operation & budget optimization, will be under your direct responsibility
• Decision-Making Enhancement: Develop actionable frameworks and conduct in-depth analysis to enhance decision-making processes within the Inside Sales team
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between goals, lever planning, and execution. Also, Foster positive interactions with other teams to achieve shared objectives is key
• Reporting and Communication: Create and deliver comprehensive studies, reports, and metrics for the management team;
• Contribute actively to developing new conversion strategies: Our work does not end at the insight generation. We also contribute to make things happen and capture the potential growth

Requirements

• Has experience in managing high performing teams
• Has taken part in influence high level business decisions in past companies
• Is highly structured: can breakdown very complex problems into manageable, less complex, pieces and work on them
• Has excellent problem solving abilities and is able to drive insight from data

• Is able to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence other

• Roll-up his/her sleeves
• Is willing to develop ability to deal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc)
• Is able to communicate effectively in english written and orally
