Responsibilities

• Create Automated Tests Suites
• Create Test cases in Jira
• Triage and troubleshoot Defects
• Prioritize investigations with Agile teams
• Execute Automated Test Suites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with Test Design and Execution: Expertise in designing and executing automated test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
• At least 3 years of experience with Software development in any modern language (JAVA, JS, C#), ability to understand JSON/XML, and experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues.
• Knowledge with JIRA
• High aptitude for understanding information systems technology
• Strong communication skills; ability to 'translate' technical explanations to business stakeholders.
• Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Bell’s Dispatch and Workorder Management products an asset
• Familiar with Confluence
• Automation Expertise: Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber, JMeter, Katalon
