Requirements
- Demonstrating intermediate business analysis skills with expertise in research, process modelling, requirements elicitation, and Agile delivery.
- Providing basic facilitation and workshop capabilities, offering specialized technical advice and solving complex problems.
- Planning independently priorities, manages workload, and supervises junior team members when applicable.
- Contributing to large projects and leads small-scale improvements effectively.
