Director Business Development Sportstyle

• Establish, lead and develop the Sportstyle Business Development team with a strong business understanding and service mentality
• Be responsible that product strategy is delivered and followed through across all Sportstyle business segments (be the owner of the pre-seasonal alignment)
• Implement a new collaborative business approach towards regions, areas & markets to grow Sportstyle business
• Oversee and steer key strategic projects e.g.; digitalization, Sportstyle on Ecom etc.
• Responsible to steer operational excellence in the Business Unit to optimize processes & drive digitalization
• Implement and oversee accurate reporting and KPI management across Sportstyle Business Unit
• Implement agile teams and agile ways of working
• Be the Sportstyle business partner for top customers – own sell‑in master presentation
• Be the Sportstyle business partner for own Ecom/Retail
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years international experience in the field of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising with top tier international sports company, with 3+ years leadership experience required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Credible knowledge of the sportswear/fashion industry
• General knowledge of international retail environment and interest for new trends and technologies
• Awareness of agile working methods to foster collaboration with key stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident
• Strong analytical, overall business orientation
• Ability to convincingly present
• Domestic and international travel required
