Requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Experience, & Data teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards with SQL.
• Identify KPIs and metrics for business goals.
• Translate quantitative analyses into readable reports.
• Extract insights from sales, support, and account data.
• Manage and maintain data solutions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
