About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Manager of Sales Operations and Strategy plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and productivity of the sales organization. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing core processes, tools, and systems that support sales strategy implementation and enablement to enhance outcomes such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
The Manager oversees sales operations functions including performance tracking, process improvements, CRM support, and sales planning coordination. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Experience to improve internal alignment and support business growth.
The position is also supported by a team of India based CRM administrators and acts as a point of contact for Salesforce (SFDC) improvements and vendor communications.
This is a permanent role, with flexible working and core availability expected during Monday–Friday business hours.
Role Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Support
- Apply Salesforce (SFDC) best practices across the organization; promote CRM usage and process consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine platform enhancements aligned to business needs.
- Execute process improvement initiatives that promote scalability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, user adoption, and compliance across SFDC and related systems.
- Support the definition of SFDC usage guidelines and contribute to training and onboarding materials.
- Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate SLAs for CRM and sales tech tools.
- Serve as a go-to resource for CRM-related user support and best practices.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Contribute to sales planning activities, including forecasting and reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics to surface trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the documentation and rollout of standardized sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tactical alignment of sales initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Methodology
- Assist in the execution of PSI’s sales enablement initiatives across the buyer journey.
- Maintain onboarding programs and learning resources for new and existing sales team members.
- Support adoption of a consistent sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
- Maintain and update enablement tools, playbooks, and resources to support sales effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing to align content and ensure effective lead hand-offs.
- Reinforce a learning culture through the implementation of feedback and coaching tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or CRM administration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with sales tech tools.
- Track record supporting the development of sales training or enablement programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from performance data.
- SaaS or B2B industry experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and cross-team communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
