Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Enterprise Information Services and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
Step into the heartbeat of innovation as a Principal Engineering Program Manager, where strategy meets creativity and technology fuels transformation. In this role, you’ll partner with exceptional Engineering teams to architect services that truly delight caregivers across Providence, solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and built to scale. You’ll shape vision and design multi‑year roadmaps that unify the end‑to‑end endpoint lifecycle: from standards and qualification, to zero‑touch provisioning, security posture, patching and compliance, and ultimately refresh and retirement. You’ll bring structure to complexity by establishing operating rhythms, orchestration models, and enterprise programs that keep our endpoint ecosystem modern, resilient, and caregiver‑centric. With a front‑row seat across the full lifecycle, from ideation to adoption, you’ll champion the voice of the caregiver while building the mechanisms that make lifecycle management “invisible” to end users: devices that arrive ready to work, stay healthy through automated remediation, and evolve based on telemetry‑driven insights rather than arbitrary timelines. You’ll also partner with the engineering leaders to mature the data foundation that lifecycle depends on, driving clarity on authoritative sources, strengthening CMDB/asset integrity, and ensuring we can confidently measure lifecycle state, compliance, and readiness across the fleet using integrated signals (e.g., endpoint platforms and telemetry sources). This is a role built for a Program Leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and enjoys mentoring others. If you’re energized by turning big ideas into real‑world outcomes: modernizing lifecycle through automation, improving reliability at scale, and continuously refining the ecosystem that supports thousands of caregivers, this is your chance to lead with influence, deliver with excellence, and create technology that leaves a lasting mark.
