Protocol Labs provides healthcare benefits, paid parental leave, unlimited time off and 2 other employee benefits and perks.
US Employees: PL is currently contributing 5% of annual salary, in addition to your existing compensation, towards your retirement. International Employees: PL makes a contribution to the governmental run pension plan. PL may increase your base by 5% if necessary to equalize for fairness. For contractors or part time contributors: Included as 5% of the 20% compensation gross-up.
US employees: PL covers up to a total of $3,000 of the monthly premiums, including dependents. International employees: Universal health care system is paid for in the form of payroll tax contributions. Private health care available in some countries. Contractors or part time contributors: Included as a part of the compensation gross-up.
Paid parental leave
Eligible Team Members may take up to six months of paid Parental Leave at 100% pay. Parental Leave may be taken all at once or split into at most three separate periods.
Home office budget
To help out with some of your out of pocket expenses inherent to remote work, PL will reimburse up to $200 USD per month for necessary and remote work related expenses.
Unlimited time off
Take as much time off as you want as long as it doesn't interfere with your ability to do your work.
