ProSource is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to support one of our clients based in Australia. The successful candidate will play a vital role within the People & Culture department, providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organisation.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 13 years of experience in a similar HR administration or support role
- Familiarity with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of employment legislation and HR processes (desirable)
