The role

We are looking for a talented Creative Content Designer to join our Marketing team at Prolific. This role will focus on creating engaging motion, video, and graphic design work across social media, web, and other platforms, collaborating with our Brand Communications team and Marketing team. You'll report to our Senior Brand and Communications Manager and work alongside our current Senior Graphic Designer to develop compelling content that elevates our brand across all channels.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Strong creative design skills honed in B2B contexts
• Proven experience in world-class digital content creation
• Motion and video capabilities across multiple formats and platforms
• Experience with social media content design that drives brand awareness and engagement
• Ability to adapt content for different channels while maintaining brand consistency
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Understanding and interest in contemporary and emerging design trends and social media landscape
• Proficiency in relevant design and motion software

What you’ll be doing in the role

• Create engaging social media content including motion graphics, video, and static visuals
• Design and develop dynamic content that drives engagement across our digital channels
• Collaborate on multimedia projects combining graphics, animation, and interactive elements
• Support broader brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Work with our existing Senior Graphic Designer on visual brand evolution and implementation
• Contribute to content strategy and creative direction for social channels
• Digital content creation across social media and web platforms
• Social-first creative assets and campaigns
• Visual storytelling through various mediums
