ProArch, a leader in technology solutions and a distinguished partner of Microsoft, seeks an accomplished Microsoft Sales Solution Specialist. This pivotal role focuses on selling Microsoft products, especially M365 and Azure, to U.S. prospects. The ideal candidate will leverage ProArch's partnership with Microsoft to achieve sales targets and foster long-term business growth. Emphasis is placed on cultivating strong relationships with Microsoft's field sales service representatives, driving mutual opportunities, and advocating for cloud modernization and security through innovative ProArch and Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell M365, with a focus on security via the E5 license, and promote Azure consumption to exceed sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft's field sales representatives, fostering mutual collaboration to source and share business opportunities.
- Present ProArch’s suite of solutions, emphasizing cloud, cybersecurity, digital engineering, and industry solutions, while aligning with Microsoft's product strategies and modernization goals.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of technology trends, obtaining relevant Microsoft sales certifications to enhance expertise and credibility.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including Azure, M365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, to drive customer modernization initiatives securely and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a successful sales track record, with evidence of closing at least one million dollars in business in the last 12 months.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of Microsoft's product ecosystem.
- At least one or two Microsoft sales certifications, reflecting a deep commitment to understanding Microsoft's offerings and sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships, particularly with Microsoft's field sales service representatives, leading to mutual business opportunities.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with at least a million dollars in closed business in the trailing 12 months.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading a U.S. clientele.
- A relentless learner, open to continually adapting and acquiring new certifications and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields; further education or certifications in Microsoft products highly regarded.
