Sales Support Administrator

• Support Sales Account Managers/Account Executives
• Provide new hardware/software quotes using QuoteWerks (QW) for direct contact quotes and quotes from Account Managers
• Process orders within the Autotask database, update client information, update OPP/Ticket with order information and status
• Run AT reports for Account Managers/Clients
• Manage new licenses in SP database
• Create new client sites within SharePoint and maintain
• Handle any customer issues, billings, return of equipment
• Liaison between Help Center, Sales and Customers, Accounting and Project Manager
• Register deal opportunities with HP, Meraki, Cisco and Storagecraft
• Process vendor spiffs
• Assist in Forecasting, helping to ensure opportunities are updated and accurate
• General HubSpot administration as required, helping to ensure contacts and status are updated and accurate
• Assisting Account Executives in some prospecting, pulling lists from ZoomInfo and adding them to HubSpot for campaign launch

Requirements

• 3-5 YEras of experience in similar role
• Excellent communication Skills
• Experience in generating Sales Reports
• Willing to work in 2pm to 11pm IST Shift
