Salesforce Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, APEX development, and Agentforce, and demonstrate a track record of delivering scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments. The role involves leading implementations, providing technical leadership, and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice to enhance operations.
• Customize and configure Agentforce to streamline agent workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
