We are looking for a talented

API Developer

to join Ponsse Group Digital Services&IT Team

Are you eager to develop APIs that empower innovative digital solutions in the forestry industry?

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable and secure APIs that drive our operational systems, digital products, and services. You will work as a part of our API team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. Ensuring the quality, performance, and responsiveness of our applications is crucial in this position.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Several years of experience and proven track record of developing enterprise level APIs.

• Understanding the API first approach.

• RESTful API Modelling Language (RAML) and XML knowledge.

• Experience with iPaaS solutions, preferably Mulesoft.

• Knowledge of GIT, Azure DevOps, and Snowflake (is desired, but not required).

• Keen on agile methodologies.

• Solid English language skills, other language seen as benefit.

As a person, you can collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners and troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. You are proactive, creative and have excellent communication skills.You also have strong problem-solving skills.
