Position Summary

Join us as the Chief Product Officer, a pivotal role guiding product innovation, market success, and customer satisfaction. This position marries technical prowess, business acumen, leadership finesse, and adept communication to steer globally dispersed, cross-functional teams in shaping our product strategy.

Within our collaborative trifecta of Product, Engineering, and Design, we nurture an ecosystem of evolution. Our complex product continually evolves, not only technically but also through substantial and frequent feature additions. As CPO, you'll orchestrate multiple interconnected products, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to nurture each feature as a unique entity. Your task: ensure flawless integration, guaranteeing a seamless and unified user experience.

What to expect

• Strategic Product Planning, Leadership and Execution: Develop, implement and drive product strategy by leveraging market opportunities and data-driven insights. aligning vision with business values, anticipating market trends, and crafting a forward-looking product vision.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate departments for timely, high-quality product releases, ensuring alignment and collaboration among marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering teams.
• Product Development Oversight: Lead global product initiatives from concept to launch, fostering innovation and maintaining a dynamic product roadmap.
• User Experience: Create intuitive products ensuring seamless customer journeys for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Empowering Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executives, investors, and board members, presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Performance Measurement and Compliance Assurance: Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success. Continuous data analysis will drive ongoing product enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry trends.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep market research, leverage insights for product positioning, differentiation, and pricing strategies.

What you bring to

• Technical Proficiency: Your expertise in product development methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and industry trends, along with mastery of agile, lean practices, UX/UI design, and profound technical understanding, is essential. Experience with developer tools such as Git, CI/CD, various web apps, frameworks, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, databases, and message queues is crucial.
• Business Acumen: Your robust business acumen plays a crucial role in harmonizing our product strategies with core business objectives. Proficiency in analyzing market data, conducting financial assessments, and comprehending market dynamics guides data-centric decisions.
• Leadership Excellence: Leading through inspiration, you'll set a compelling vision and nurture collaboration, fostering the full potential of team members. A proven track record of spearheading multiple, globally dispersed product teams and crafting robust, high-performing teams aligns seamlessly with our values.
• Stellar Communication: In our global setting, outstanding communication is paramount. Your ability to articulate intricate concepts, negotiate with stakeholders, and propagate the product vision, strategies, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders is key. Strong interpersonal skills further enrich our distinctive workplace environment.
• An Engineering background and extensive knowledge of the ever-evolving PaaS/SaaS market dynamics and adeptness in B2B technology product management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market penetration, customer retention, and revenue growth.
