Job Description:

1. Support external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applications
2. Interpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements
3. Liaise with Wilo factories globally for technical clarifications
4. Provide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specifications
5. Manage standard customer inquiries independently
6. Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to Wilo factories and support the order management teams completion of the customer orders
7. Maintain up-to-date product information and ensure that external Sales team has current knowledge of Wilos product and solutions

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
• Min. 3 years of experience in the pump industry

• Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
• Strong ability to interpret customers basic understanding of pumps and to achieve a beneficial outcome
• Ability to assess priorities in daily work to meet both customer and company requirements and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to build a productive relationship with external Sales team and customers
• Command of English language (verbally and in writing) to liaise with global factories and peers in the region
• High level of communication and coordination skills
