Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Invoice Processing: Receive and verify invoices from suppliers, posting approved invoices in our ERP system.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic and manual payments promptly and accurately.
• Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including suppliers and GL accounts, to ensure accuracy.
• Manage Transactions: Handle the recording of funds received and disbursed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Month-end Activities: Assist in month-end and quarter-end activities, contributing to timely financial reporting.
• Quality Management: Adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality system regulations to maintain high standards.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English is a must, and a proficient level of German.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Experience with SAP is a definite plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Work collaboratively within the Finance team while also having the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies and processes.
• Ability to analyze problems, contribute ideas, and develop effective solutions.
