Role Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager (Recruitment Operations) to act as the central execution engine across all internal hiring and recruitment operations initiatives. This role manages 60+ active requisitions, 7–8 concurrent internal recruitment projects, and cross-team initiatives that require high clarity, precision, and rapid follow-through.
You will partner closely with leadership to streamline operations, escalate blockers early, maintain momentum across all workstreams, and bring discipline to reporting and project execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex workloads with ease, and ensures projects never stall.
Your Impact

- Remove operational load from leadership, allowing them to focus on strategy
- Improve visibility, accountability, and reporting practices across all recruitment teams
- Help scale the organization’s operational systems, dashboards, and workflows
- Increase execution speed and reduce bottlenecks across projects and teams
Areas of Responsibility:
Role & Requisition Tracking
- Own tracking and movement of 60+ active roles
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks early, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate dashboards, timelines, and reporting across all requisitions
Project Management Across Recruitment
- Manage 7–8+ simultaneous recruitment projects
- Run structured check-ins, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with team members to keep each project unblocked and aligned
- Support cross-functional initiatives requiring centralized PM oversight
Founder & Leadership Support
- Take over project execution tasks to reduce founder operational load
- Provide leadership with clear, concise updates and escalate blockers when needed
- Ensure founders step in only when strategic decisions are required
Internal Process Optimization
- Build or assist with automated dashboards, weekly reviews, and reporting systems
- Identify gaps in recruitment workflows and propose improvements
- Support optimization of ATS, outreach tools, sourcing workflows, and internal systems
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Matching, Sourcing, and Recruitment Ops
- Align shared projects and enforce accountability to deliverables
- Document SOPs and maintain accurate, organized project documentation
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or recruitment operations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-urgency environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ownership mindset and consistent follow-through
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, or process documentation
- Ability to identify blockers early and proactively remove them
- Excellent communication skills—clear, structured, and concise
- Comfortable working with founders and leadership teams
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Experience in a recruiting agency, RPO, or startup talent team
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing workflows
- Experience with Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar tools
- Background in process improvement or workflow automation
