We’re looking for an Operations Manager (SaaS Company) to keep internal processes aligned, performance transparent, and teams accountable.
You’ll oversee operations across SEO and Paid Ads teams, guide process improvements, and ensure quality standards are met at every level. This role connects execution with strategy — managing reporting, optimizing workflows, and driving collaboration between internal leads and leadership.

What You’ll Work On
Operations and Process Oversight
- Manage and optimize workflows across SEO, Paid Ads, and QA teams
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Support team leads in maintaining quality standards and hitting project timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-level operational matters
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Review and consolidate weekly QA and team performance reports
- Summarize key insights for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action items
- Oversee the preparation of monthly performance summaries and lead discussions on outcomes, hiring needs, and process refinements
Leadership and Collaboration
- Manage and mentor team leads across multiple departments
- Coordinate priorities between the operations team and company stakeholders
- Ensure goals are clear, measurable, and aligned with growth and performance objectives
- Facilitate transparent communication and accountability across departments
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in operations, account management, or client success
- Strong understanding of SEO and paid advertising workflows or marketing operations
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and reporting structures
- Proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar project management tools
- Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS or AI-driven marketing platforms
- Familiarity with performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Airtable, or Tableau)
- Understanding of process automation and efficiency tracking
