Who we are...

Pearl Health is powering the future of healthcare. We help primary care providers and organizations to deliver quality healthcare to the patients who need it most, when they need it most — and get rewarded for keeping patients healthy.

Our technology, services, and financial tools enable better, more proactive care, decrease total cost of care across patient panels, and optimize performance in value-based care models for Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

We are a team of physicians and public health experts (Stanford, Harvard, Mount Sinai), technologists (athenahealth, Amazon, Meta, Flatiron), healthcare innovators (Centivo, Aledade, Stellar, Arcadia), and experienced risk management professionals (CVS/Aetna, Humana, Oscar) who believe that primary care providers are the key to addressing our healthcare system’s biggest challenges.

Since its founding in 2020, Pearl has expanded to partner with thousands of primary care providers in practices and organizations across 44 states. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, AlleyCorp, and SV Angel.

Who you are...

As Director of Growth Partnerships, you will be a strategic force in shaping and executing Pearl Health’s growth strategy with enterprise clients and strategic partners. You’ll lead middle- and bottom-of-funnel activities across high-value sales opportunities—owning deal structuring, solution design, and contracting—and serve as a critical bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will cultivate and manage Pearl’s network of external growth partners—organizations that help expand our reach into the market. You’ll identify and pursue joint go-to-market opportunities while acting as a strategic advisor to these collaborators.

This role is perfect for someone energized by complexity, cross-functional collaboration, and transforming healthcare delivery at scale.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Lead strategic enterprise engagements: Drive end-to-end execution for high-priority sales cycles, including deal structuring, underwriting, redlining, and contract execution.

  • Design and deliver tailored solutions: Collaborate with Growth, Finance, Data Science, and Legal teams to translate complex partner needs into executable partnership structures.

  • Act as a trusted counterpart: Serve as a key contact for enterprise stakeholders, guiding conversations across the full sales cycle.

  • Develop and manage partner network: Build strong relationships with external growth partners, identifying joint market expansion opportunities and executing co-branded strategies.

  • Enable cross-functional execution: Drive alignment and project management across Product, Operations, Finance, etc. to ensure organizational readiness for each new partnership.

  • Support strategic initiatives: Partner with Growth leadership on go-to-market strategy refinement, proposal development, and systematization of best practices.

  • Create high-impact materials: Develop and tailor presentations and proposals for executive audiences, leveraging data and insights to tell a compelling story.

  • Refine internal processes: Help build the infrastructure for scalable, repeatable success in both direct sales and partner-driven channels.

Who you are…

  • 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, Private equity, investment banking, or enterprise partnerships, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive understanding of complex concepts through proposals, materials, and presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of applying data-driven insights to solve unique business challenges.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to tailor materials and presentations to meet client needs.

  • Demonstrated analytical capability, applied to unique problem spaces

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.

  • Passion for improving processes, building relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically primary care and value-based care, is a plus.

At Pearl Health, we're on a mission to bring humanism back to healthcare. We believe that primary care providers (PCPs) are the cornerstone of America's health, and we're dedicated to empowering them. The healthcare system has often burdened physicians with excessive processes, distancing them from their core strength: caring for patients. We aim to change that by giving physicians greater autonomy, aligning incentives with improved patient outcomes, and providing actionable intelligence to enhance clinical decision-making. We're putting physicians back in control, enabling them to manage their patients' care, their schedules, and their finances more effectively.

We are a passionate team of physicians, technologists, and health plan leaders who recognize the critical role of PCPs, especially highlighted during the pandemic, and the under-resourced nature of their practices. Our approach involves partnering with primary care practices across the country, offering them the data-driven software and consultative services they need to optimize the quality of care for their patients. We started with Traditional Medicare, as it represents the largest undisrupted healthcare market in the U.S., and we leverage models like ACO REACH to help primary care practices thrive. Our technology platform is designed to be customizable to the unique needs of each practice, specifically for success in value-based care models. We provide stable payments to offer peace of mind and revenue stability, and participating providers can earn additional revenue through the successful management of their patient population. By integrating with technology and focusing on proactive care, we help reduce overall healthcare costs and improve performance in value-based arrangements. We're committed to democratizing access to value in healthcare and restoring the independence and joy of practicing medicine for doctors nationwide.
