We’re looking for a Head of Ecosystem / Business Development to take full ownership of the peaqosystem.
As the Head of Ecosystem / Business Development, you'll be at the forefront of shaping peaq and driving growth in our decentralized ecosystem. You'll work closely with industry leaders, innovators, and communities to expand our reach, foster partnerships, and create value for all participants.

What you bring to the table
- 5+ years in business development, ecosystem growth, or related roles within the blockchain, technology, or finance industries.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with a passion for decentralized ecosystems and token economies.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, decentralized environment with teams and partners distributed across the globe.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate industry trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovation.
Things you will do
- Lead efforts to grow and diversify the peaqosystem by identifying and engaging with potential partners, developers, and stakeholders across various industries.
- Collaborate with industry consortia, enterprises, startups, and academic institutions to co-create solutions and initiatives that leverage the peaq blockchain.
- Drive growth and adoption by cultivating relationships with startups, enterprises, investors, and strategic allies.
- Nurture a vibrant and inclusive community around the peaqosystem through events, workshops, and online forums.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Gather feedback from partners and users to inform product development and enhance the peaq experience.
- Represent peaq at industry events, conferences, and media outlets to share our vision and thought leadership in blockchain and decentralized technologies.
