The Head of Channel Sales at PDQ will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy for the Coda Intelligence product line. This role involves collaborating closely with MSSPs, MSPs, and other channel partners to effectively sell and distribute Coda within the market. Reporting initially to PDQ’s CEO, with potential reporting lines to Coda’s founders, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to PDQ's growth and the evolution of one of our newest product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage new MSSP/MSP prospects interested in purchasing or reselling Coda Intelligence to their end usersUtilize traditional sales sourcing methods, supplemented by conference attendance/sponsorship, with support from the PDQ marketing team
Customer Expansion: Nurture relationships within the existing customer base to drive expansion and upsell opportunities
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Coda SEs (Sales Engineers) to ensure successful trials transition into contracted purchases
Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize Coda distribution through channel partners
Success Metrics (Years 1-2)
Revenue Generation: Achieve targeted Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals for the standalone Coda product
Channel Development: Establish a robust channel motion that serves as a blueprint for future revenue channels, requiring minimal PDQ marketing/sales support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field7+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships, ideally through MSSP/MSPStrong understanding of the cybersecurity or technology industry, particularly in relation to MSSPs/MSPsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
