Requirements
- Transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos
- Create compelling narratives through pacing, sequencing, transitions, and storytelling
- Ensure edits align with brand voice, campaign goals, and platform best practices
- Add titles, captions, lower thirds, callouts, logos, and motion graphics
- Sync audio and video accurately
- Improve audio quality through noise reduction, balancing, and mastering
- Add licensed music and sound effects aligned with brand tone
- Perform color correction and color grading for a polished final look
- Export and optimize videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams, creative leads, and stakeholders throughout review cycles
- Manage revisions efficiently while maintaining organization and version control
- Organize project files, raw footage, assets, and archives for long-term accessibility
- Use tools like Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar collaboration platforms
- Work across multiple content styles including short-form social videos, paid ads, explainers, promotional content, and long-form educational or corporate material
